		Mediterranean chicken 4-5 chicken breasts 4 oz goat cheese (in small pieces or crumbled) 5 oz fresh baby spinach leaves 1 red pepper, diced 2 green onions, chopped 2 eggs 3 Tbl water 8 oz seasoned bread crumbs l jar of pasta sauce Salt and pepper to taste 8 baby red potatoes, halved
