Rudy in Madrid tells us how he makes his famous whitefish in cream sauce. It will leave you licking the plate! 
 
 
Alaskan Codfish with Cream
1 ½ onions
½ green bell pepper
½ red bell pepper
4 garlic cloves
1 lemon
Fresh parsley
Salt and Pepper
½ kg of Alaskan cod fish (6 filets)
400ml of whipping cream
1 bottle of white wine
3tsp of Maizena
80gm of blue cheese
